We do not store your photos. When you upload a headshot:

1. Your photo is sent directly to Google's Gemini AI for analysis
2. Gemini processes your photo and returns casting insights
3. The results are displayed to you immediately
4. Your photo is not saved on our servers at any point

Your photo is processed using Google's Gemini AI via Vertex AI, Google's enterprise AI platform. According to Google's policies:

• Your data is not used to train AI models
• Data may be temporarily retained for abuse monitoring and security purposes
• Enterprise-grade security and privacy protections apply

Your analysis results include celebrity comparisons with profile images sourced from The Movie Database (TMDB).

• Celebrity names and images are fetched from TMDB's public API
• We do not store TMDB data on our servers
• Your uploaded photo is never shared with TMDB

This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. For more information, see TMDB's Privacy Policy.

Photo Analysis: We do not store uploaded photos or analysis results on our servers. All processing happens in real-time.

Waitlist Email: If you join our waitlist, we collect your email address to notify you about new features. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Analytics: We use PostHog for anonymous usage analytics. This helps us understand how our service is used and improve it. We operate in cookieless mode, meaning no cookies are stored on your device and no consent banner is required. We collect anonymous data such as page views, button clicks, and feature usage. We do not track individual users or link analytics data to your identity or uploaded photos.

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to Know: You can request information about what data we process
• Right to Delete: Since we don't store photos, there's nothing to delete. For waitlist emails, contact us to be removed.
• Right to Opt-Out: You can choose not to use our service or unsubscribe from communications

These rights apply under GDPR (EU), CCPA (California), and similar privacy regulations worldwide.
